I have used this app for over a year and within the last 2 months started having problems with it. For example this morning I woke up on my own and my phone said the alarm was currently going off and had been going off for the past 38 min but with no sound. My husbands has the same app and his was doing the same thing. I have been checking the volume in the apps settings every night as I set my alarm since this problem has started and every night the volume is on high but 4-5 times a week it has no volume in the morning even though the settings are still correct. I have waited it out long enough and am deleting this app and using something else, I need a reliable alarm in the morning or our mornings get chaotic real quick!
