Do you guys ever test what you send out for your customers. Once again new update and your app does not work with my iHome alarm clock. Time to find a different app to replace this crap. And just to think some people actually pay for this crap

Why dont you losers at ihome get it? Your customers dont want "new and improved". We just want the old ap back. It was simple, reliable, and we were happy. Even with this 3rd attempt at "fixing" your screwup, it still doesnt work properly. Before, we just slid our finger across the sleep bar to dim the phone, knowing full well itd wake us up in the morning. Now, alarm goes off and Im attempting to slide the entire screen to turn it off. It freezes half way and I end up having to close and reopen the ap to turn it off. Ads are still a bother too. So, with this said, I now say goodbye to ihome, I will never use your aps or buy your products again.

Installed Dec. 28/14...... iOS8.... Crashes on launch using latest iPod Touch

I have an iPhone 3 that is solely used for an alarm clock. I made the mistake of updating this app. 1) thanks for removing all my alarms 2) thanks for having the default a max volume siren type noise 3) thanks for removing the gentle wake up feature 4) thanks for adding adds Its sat morning, Ive spent over an hour looking for a new app that will work on my old iOS version. Eat a d1ck!! This is also my first review solo based on how annoyed I am at this stupid update and myself for updating the app. :(

The ability to sync sleep/wake data up to HealthKit would greatly increase my desire to recommend iHome to others. It would also give us a better interface to research our sleep time and habits.

I have been pretty happy with this app for awhile but I now have to say something. I updated to the latest iOS a couple of days ago. Now my alarms do not work with my music or the non-default tones. So I am not getting woken up. The alarm still appears to "go off" and go through the snooze cycles but there is never any noise. If I switch from a song on my phone to a non-default tone, the default still goes off. Also, I dont like how the phone locks when I activate the app at night. It used to stay running/ open. And even if I turn off an alarm, like for the weekend or vacation, it still goes off. So a number of bugs to fix.

Sorry, I loaded IHome Sleep and when tested I see dam Adds, so I deleted the program. I do not like Adds shoved down my throat.

After the update (yes, I allowed notifications & etc.) my alarm didnt go off. I mean, technically it did, but only the screen lit up. No sound came out. That works great if youre looking at your phone (wide awake), but if youre sleeping....Nope. Then, it rang the next day, with the WRONG song. Completely different. Ive had the same song to wake up to for over a year, & then after the update- BOOM- it randomly plays the wrong track. So...unfortunately VERY unreliable when an alarm flops on you & makes you late for work. That just isnt okay. I think Ill be moving to another alarm app in the future.

I spent good money on your fancy product. For months it has been working intermittently. I will never ever, I mean neverrrrr buy an ihome product again. Nice looking completely useless pieces of junk. I switched back to my reliable $10 clock radio. I suggest all of you do the same before you get late to work and get lectured by management.

Used to be great. Recent updates have made the app a little unusable as its become unreliable. I have mine set to wake up to music and it doesnt always play. So I need a back up alarm (clock radio) which defeats the purpose of this app. Used to be a great app.

Please FIX!!!!! I used to love this app, this doesnt work anymore! Id give it zero stars if it was an option. It hasnt worked since the iOS 9 updated. Made me late for work several times because of it. It only works if your phone is ON, not sleeping, and the app is opened. So whats the point of this app then??? I dont see one. Ill be getting rid of this if it its fixed very soon!

I used to us this app and depend on it regularly. I have now slept in too many times- as others have mentioned, the alarm does not go off. I have done everything, too, in my settings/notifications- but the darn alarm does not work in a locked screen where it always used to. I can no longer depend on it - very frustrating and disappointing....

This is a decent alarm clock with many features, but it is still plagued with bugs. The alarm will sometimes not produce sound through the IDL100. Also, you cannot turn off an alarm early as it will sound anyway.

Set the alarm and hope... Way more often than not, the alarm doesnt go off and as such, now have two useless systems sitting on the night stands to go with the useless app...

But still missing individual snooze settings and the dimmer still wont go all the way down to zero.

Background sound doesnt work anymore and alarm doesnt work anymore.

Great app or at least it was till the last update. Tunein radio doesnt work with it now. Bummer. Fix this and its back to 5 stars

Please fix.... It was working so well....

Since the update, when my phone is on vibrate throughout the night, the alarm in doesnt sound. Wasnt an issue before the update, and I dont want to sleep with my volume up all night
