This happened at some point. Its a real annoyance. Was it some update? This needs to be fixed. Otherwise works fine.

Link it to the watch and heart rate monitor...and do a freaking upgrade!

I am very pleased with the updated app. I never have anymore problems out of it and i really dig the sleep stats. Thank you

Latest iOS has caused this app to stop working! It appears to go off, but makes no sound. Tried music and "sound" but twice now has left me late for work!

Im with a lot of other reviewers in that I like this app but wish it would be updated. One thing I would like to see is a programmable number of snooze times.

It woke me up from sleeping... that makes it good and bad.

I was so excited to have a device that changes my iPhone and apple watch but this alarm goes off at random times and had completely thrown my sleep off every time I try to use it. Ive checked the settings multiple times. Im perplexed as to why the company has ignored so many disappointed users.

Once I updated this app it still works but after a few seconds it would randomly take me to the App Store!!! That the heck ihome I thought you were better than this!!!!!

This app is useless. Alarms dont go off half the time and you cant set a new alarm without being taken to the App Store 20 times. Im deleting this BS app from my phone which is sad because I used this app for YEARS

Recently updated my iPhone to latest version (10.2.1). Tried using this on a trip as my main alarm and the time is off around 15 min or and can not figure out why or how to fix. 2nd day set two alarms, 1st at 5:45am with music selections --never heard that go off, and 2nd alarm at 6:15am with the tone Disco. When selecting the tone I remember coming across the buzzer tone and specifically chose the Disco instead. In AM if 2nd day, I was rudely woken up a buzzer at 6:00am! Looked back in app and alarm settings to see if I messed up something and it all set as I said. So I updated the app. When opened to test it and reset alarm that had music, it went off with the buzzer at the appropriate time; however, when the app is open now it automatically takes me to the App Store to some random app (presumably the app in the ad section at bottom of app). Frustrated and ready to ditch this app! Never good idea to mess with my sleep but worse to mess with my sleep on a business trip! Only giving 1 star cuz u have to choose something and no stars wasnt option.

Seriously??? Video ads that go off in the middle of the night and wake you up??? What are you thinking? I completely understand having ads on the free app but you do realize that your app is for when the person is supposed to be sleeping and that a video ads scaring the crap out of the person in the middle of the night is t a good thing right??

BAD UPDATE I have been using your app for over 8 years, Ive tried other alarm apps and I always come back to ihome, I like all the features. My only disappointment is that in your last update there is audio adds that pop up, I turned down my volume, which doesnt allow the alarm to sound. Which is very annoying. Like the other reviewer said I understand the ads bit, BUT a video ad??? Seriously??

Ive used this app for years and have never had a problem until the latest update. The video ads render its functionality useless. The alarm will go off at the set time but the video ads starts playing a half second later. The app then silences all sounds leaving the video active. After that no further alarms will work because THE VOLUME IS TURNED OFF. I understand the need for adds on a free app but they shouldnt effect the ability for the app to do its job. On the hunt for a new alarm clock. Disappointed.

One snooze setting for all alarms! A dim setting that cant go all the way down to zero! No embedded music player! A tiny clock wasting all the space on the screen! And thats just the beginning! Id rather see them open the source code to their devices and let the alarm clock developer interface with them. At least well have a better app to go with our iHome devices.

Ap has stopped working are you doing an update?

Ads open the App Store, ruining the point of leaving it on. Used to like this app but this is unacceptable.

Since the Aug 2016 update the clock no longer stays visible on the lock screen, or if it does it goes away after hitting snooze. Whenever I try to change settings it launches app store. It also launches app store when I set the alarm. Have to wait for it to launch before I can close it and finally go to sleep.

Use for the past couple three years has been good. Now all it does is open pause and then open the App Store to some random app. Cant adjust any alarms, login, register, etc. as the app just opens the App Store quickly and without delay.

Ever since my phone updated the alarm will randomly work and not work, and sometime the volume will auto adjust all the way down so that I can barely hear it when it goes off in the morning. I have been using this app daily for a few years but will be looking for a better replacement
