I used to love this app but now whenever i plug it in to my ihome it doesnt go off

Please fix the integration with iOS 9. My alarm hasnt gone off since Ive updated. It would also be nice to have a gradual wake up.

Used to love this alarm clock app. But for more than a month I wake up realizing it hasnt gone off in the morning. Sadly Ive been using a back up alarm- which wakes me every day. Also dont bother paying the 99 cents to get rid of commercials- I still get them.

Cant control wake up volume from the Ihome. Must use a goofy non numeric slider in the app. Cant use the Ihome snooze button. Must use all your concentration to press a tiny button on the screen. These people need to understand clock radios before creating a stupid app like this!!!

The latest update is the worst, and I am officially done with this app. In five days, it has only gone off ONCE on time, making me an hour late for work four days out of the work week. This was never an issue until the app tried to update for iOS 9. Deleting and finding a new app.

My alarm doesnt always go off! I have to turn on a backup just to ensure I get up! This needs to be fixed!

Did not recognize that I had switched my phone from silent to normal mode and did not sound to alarm me. It was just silent. Lost my interview because I woke up 15 min before I had to be there.

Ive had my iHome and the app for 3 years now and Ive loved it; never had a single problem with it since I used the product for a single purpose, waking me up for school. Now, ever since Ive upgraded to iOS 9, it literally failed to do its only purpose I paid for. I ended up sleeping in and actually being late for class because my alarm never went off, it was muted even though the app said it was going off. The last update was almost a full year ago, so I highly doubt theyll fix this. As of now, dont bother with this app or an iHome, just buy a Bose.

Ive had this app for a long time. Recently Ive used it and the app closes when it wants to and the alarm doesnt sound when it needs to..... Ive gone to using my alarm thats pre installed on my iPhone....smh. Idk if it needs another update or what the case may be. This app has made me late for work.....Thats pretty bad as well.....

I have used this app for over a year and within the last 2 months started having problems with it. For example this morning I woke up on my own and my phone said the alarm was currently going off and had been going off for the past 38 min but with no sound. My husbands has the same app and his was doing the same thing. I have been checking the volume in the apps settings every night as I set my alarm since this problem has started and every night the volume is on high but 4-5 times a week it has no volume in the morning even though the settings are still correct. I have waited it out long enough and am deleting this app and using something else, I need a reliable alarm in the morning or our mornings get chaotic real quick!

This app is so unreliable. The alarm says it goes off in the morning but no sound despite checking it every night and making sure the volume is on high. I wish they would fix this issue because I am no longer using this app.

Its apparent that after two years of the alarm randomly deciding not to off with sound that this problem isnt going to be fixed. I have tolerated this programs quirks as much as I am willing to. After 4 years, its time for a new product. I will not be buying a program from this company again if this is how they treat their products down the road after they are released.

So upset. My favorite alarm is now dead weight. Have had major issues with no sound waking me up. I woke up on my own over an hour late! Not cool!!

I have used the app for several years every time Apple has an OS update, this app is useless for several months. This time, the alarm is not making noise. When I wake up on my own, it says the alarm is going off, but there is no noise. Useless. I like that I can track my sleep on it, but Ill be using a different app from now on.

Was a great app loved the gradual wake up. Used for over a year now. Lately the alarm says snoozing and it never went off or makes a sound. That it was my cord but the phone is charged 100%. Sometimes the alarm sounds sometimes not. Need it to be more reliable. Never had a problem until a few months ago.

Long time loyal user of this app love my alarm clock but the new update for IOS doesnt allow me to change the wake up song and zen tone to sleep to. There is no gentle wake up anymore and the volume has to be really loud for me to wake up. It would be nice to be able to download the zen sound app but not have the icon on my screen. When I first downloaded this app it was great but the more changes that are happening to it the worse it gets which is a shame because I know how good this app can be.

Look for another app this one only works half the time.

This used to be a good alarm app. I liked the features but now the alarm only sounds off 25% of the time. An alarm clock that doesnt alarm you to wake up is useless.

First off I paid the 1.99 and am by no means ad free. Thanks for completely stealing my money. Ok so this shouldnt be rocket science. Dock with alarm clock and basic function to set up alarms through app/dock connection. At first I bought the iPL22 as it was a seemingly perfect solution for an alarm clock dock. But Sleep is somewhat incompatible with this device, unless you are ok with it randomly playing music at 3am and sometimes playing music at dock connection (with no discernible rhyme or reason for doing so, sometimes it plays and sometimes it doesnt). There is zero comparability with Bluetooth versions (even attached by USB) which just makes those expensive poor quality BT Speaker. Which brings me to my 3rd purchase, the iDL45. Sleep works as advertised. Set allows quick radio presets. The actual dock lightening connection only works with a non-case phone, however the USB acts as a secondary dock. I believe there is a "built-for" group as well as a "compatible" group of specific devices. 1 Star for stealing my money. But with the correct device the overall operation is not terrible, however, reading other reviews leaves me wanting some of the old functionality as well.

Had this app for a week & the first two days it worked beautifully, but now no alarms go off at all, not making appointments, which is bad so will not be using this app anymore. Unable to get any support.
